Paul's construction journey began in a humble lumber yard, where he honed his skills and developed a deep understanding of the materials that are the foundation of any construction project. His commitment to excellence and tireless work ethic soon led him to custom-built homes, where he gained invaluable experience in creating dream residences for clients.
As Paul's career evolved, he transitioned to working on large-scale commercial projects, specializing in the intricate details of trim, door, and cabinetry installations for hotels and other expansive developments. This experience gave him a unique perspective on both residential and commercial construction, and a deep appreciation for the importance of precision and attention to detail.
Our journey brought us to the breathtaking landscapes of Alaska, where Paul continued to thrive in the construction industry. He worked with a general contractor on remodeling projects, bringing new life to homes and businesses. Eventually, he took on the role of project management for a prominent home builder in Wasilla and Palmer, contributing to the growth and success of the company.
In addition to these experiences, Paul also spent the last part of his career as an employee (before launching our company) working for a large commercial construction company in Alaska where he contributed to building gas stations and convenience stores throughout the state. This work added another layer of expertise to his already impressive resume, further enhancing his ability to manage diverse construction projects.
On the other hand, Jessica's professional journey has revolved around the financial and real estate sectors, bringing a unique set of skills and a keen eye for design to our team. With six years in the banking and mortgage industry and a decade of experience in the real estate sector, she's well-versed in the financial aspects of real estate and the art of creating spaces that feel like home.
